The group will work to complete a set of exercises for 45-60 seconds then take a 30-45 second break before moving onto the next exercise for 45-60 seconds. The group will rotate through 3-6 cycles of these pairs of exercises before moving onto different exercises.
Every exercise can be modified to increase or decrease intensity of the exercise for all fitness levels and abilities.
