75 Minute-ish Class utilizing the basics of Yoga Stretches and poses along with weights to give you a full body workout. Get stretches from yoga, sculpt work with weights, core focused ab work, and full cool down and stretch! 

Limited spots available due to equipment. If you have hand weights hat you prefer, please bring them with you as well as a yoga mat.
